Important booking information:
A deposit for the amount of the first night’s accommodation,
payable by credit card or sterling cheque, is requested to
secure any reservation. If credit card details are given in
lieu of a deposit, or if confirmation is made by letter, fax
or verbally without a deposit being taken, our full conditions
still apply. In the event of cancellation, and if we are unable
to replace the reservation, the following applies: cancellation
within 4 weeks of arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the accommodation
cost; cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival incurs a charge
of 100% of the accommodation cost. An administration charge
of £10.00 is applied to all other cancellations.
We strongly recommend that adequate insurance cover is taken
out to avoid losses if cancellations have to be made. Long
stay discounts do not apply to reservations subject to agency
commission.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children younger than 5 years of age.

Please note that check in is between 4pm and 7pm. If you will be arriving before 4 pm it is important
that you let us know so that we can make sure one of us is here to check you in and welcome you.
